Hi, I'm Brittany, a lifestyle and wedding photographer based in North Carolina, though I'm available to travel anywhere—especially if it's by the beach! I'm so honored you've found my little business and are interested in learning more about how I can capture your memories. I’m 25, married to my best friend Jake, and we have a sweet golden retriever named Sunny, who we absolutely adore! I love the beach and hope to move there someday—fun fact: that's where Jake and I met! I'm also a Dr. Pepper and iced coffee enthusiast (though I know I should drink more water, haha!).

My mission for this business is to spread the love of Jesus to everyone who stands in front of my camera. My business name, Handiwork Photography, comes from Ephesians 2:10, which reminds me that we are all God's handiwork—created with a purpose.

I’ve had a passion for cameras and capturing memories since I was young. My dad always called me "paparazzi," and for my 16th birthday, my parents gifted me my first real camera, which started this amazing journey. Over time, mentors helped shape me into the photographer I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance.

I started shooting photos at church events and soon began capturing family portraits. From there, Handiwork Photography was born! My goal is for you to love every image and feel confident in who you are and who God created you to be.

I want our sessions to be fun, full of laughter, and for you to walk away feeling amazing! One of my favorite things clients say after a shoot is how much fun they had.
